What we do
Mapin is an agency for local businesses: cafés, beauty salons, car repair shops, clinics, mobile services and shops. Our core work is the Google Business Profile, the listing people see on Google Maps and in Google Search. Around it we offer what makes the profile work harder: a system for honest reviews, fast websites for businesses that don't have one, local SEO, Google Ads, Instagram and AI chatbots.
We combine three things you'd usually need separate contractors for: Google Maps, websites and the automatic handling of enquiries. A dedicated person is responsible for your project and is your point of contact. See all services and prices.
How we work
- Google's rules are our minimum. We follow Google's policies for businesses and for agencies that manage profiles on their behalf.
- You own everything. The profile, the website, the domain and the ad accounts are registered to you. We work with manager access and never ask for passwords.
- No promises we can't keep. Google decides who appears on Maps and in what order. We don't promise "top 3" or any number of reviews. We agree the scope of work in writing and report on it every month.
- Only honest reviews. We don't write, buy or reward reviews. We help you ask every customer, and we reply to reviews only with your approval.
- Real numbers. Monthly reports use the data Google shows in your profile: calls, direction requests, website clicks and views. If something didn't work, we say so.
- Clear terms. The price and scope are agreed in writing before we start. You can stop at any time, and we remove our access within 7 business days of your request.
Where we work
We work with businesses across Ukraine, including Kyiv. We can come to you in person or work remotely; if remotely, anything that has to be done on site, such as photos, a verification video or a QR stand, you do with our step-by-step instructions.

A new agency, without invented results
Mapin is new. We don't show made-up case studies, client logos, ratings or "+300% calls" figures. We'll publish case studies only with each client's written consent, with real before-and-after statistics from their profile and an honest account of what worked and what didn't.
Pilot programme. Our first 5 clients get 35% off in exchange for permission to publish a documented case study. A review is never a condition. We ask all clients for reviews in the same way, with no rewards.
Legal details
Mapin is run by a registered sole proprietor (ФОП) in Ukraine: Dmytro Ambrosiev (Амбросьєв Дмитро Анатолійович). We are an independent agency. We are not a Google partner and are not affiliated with Google. Google publishes a notice for businesses that work with agencies: working with a third party.
