Why Google Maps matters

When someone searches for "dentist near me" or "car repair Kyiv", Google often shows a map with a few businesses before the regular results. Many people choose right there: they call, get directions or open the website. If your business isn't in that list, those customers are likely to go to someone else.

Google decides who to show based on three groups of factors: relevance to the search, distance from the person, and prominence of the business, which includes reviews, mentions and how complete the profile is (Google's explanation). We can't change distance. Relevance and prominence are what we work on.

  1. Free audit. We look at your profile, the competitors nearby and what your customers search for. Then we tell you plainly what is worth improving.
  2. A clear plan. Specific steps for your goals and budget. We agree the price and scope in writing before we start.
  3. Setup and launch. We fix the profile, update photos, set up a way to collect reviews and launch the tools you chose.
  4. Monthly report. Numbers from Google every month: calls, direction requests, profile views. Plus a plan for the next month.

Our rules

  • Google Business Profile is a free Google service. You pay us only for our work, and we agree the price in writing before we start.
  • You always own your profile. We work with manager access and never ask for your passwords.
  • You can stop working with us at any time. We remove our access within 7 business days of your request.
  • We don't guarantee "top 3" or any other position. Google decides what to show, and its rules forbid agencies from guaranteeing top placement. We agree the scope of work in writing and report on it every month.
  • We never write or buy reviews, and we never offer discounts or rewards for them. We help you ask all your customers for reviews, and we post replies only with your approval.
